Skywarn Recognition Day 2008: The Aftermath

At the end of the day, the amateurs that attended Skywarn Recognition Day at the NWS office in La Crosse, WI, made a total of 198 contacts in about a 9 hour period, including 47 states, 2 Canadian Providences, and 2 countries in Europe (Italy and Ireland). About 30 NWS offices were also contacted during the special event.
