I was called into the National Weather Service - Green Bay office to take storm reports from the strongest low pressure system in history for our area. IF the storm would have been over open water (ocean) it would have been a CAT 2 or CAT 3 storm based upon the pressure readings.
We took in a number of reports of trees down while wind gusts were in the 60mph range.
