NCDXF Board has approved a grant in support of the January, 2011, DX0DX Spratly (Pag-Asa) DXpedition.

Thitu Island (Pagasa in Filipino) is the second largest island in the Spratly Islands in the South China Sea. The island has a landing strip (Rancudo Airfield) and a small harbour.
There are 100 inhabitants, mostly military, fishermen and a weatherman.

Note: On 6m there will be only CW/SSB operation. No EME!
Note: 160m and 80m Digital Mode will be provided from the CW camp antennas.
Note: While the band remains closed, the station will have a beacon on 50.090MHz.
